A multi-day industry conference needed more than a livestream link. Visitors needed a program and product directory; attendees needed access and viewing; exhibitors needed a route to follow-up; operators needed content and live controls.

Coworking Tech Week brings coworking operators and technology providers together. We built and ran its platform, then kept the event useful as a replay and product-discovery hub.

The platform
The Eventority application connected the public event hub, ticketing and attendee access, live room, exhibitor profiles, and recording workflows. The event identity stayed consistent across those surfaces.
Launch & live operations
Our team configured and operated the platform for the five-day program. The admin workspace brought schedules, speakers, content, live sources, and replay preparation together.
After the live week
The public site now directs visitors to recorded sessions and product showcases. The directory keeps dedicated product pages and demo-request paths available beyond the live program.
This is a first-party reference implementation. The public event shows working product workflows; it is not an independent customer testimonial. Registration, viewing, lead, and uptime figures are not published here.
