Source-code licensing & service boundaries

Source plans offer full application source-code access under a perpetual commercial license for the purchasing organization. This page explains the offer; the written license supplied for review and acceptance before payment governs the purchase.

Your licensed application

You can deploy, modify and maintain your licensed copy on your organization’s infrastructure, using your own developers and preferred development tools, including AI-assisted coding, subject to the license and any third-party tool terms.

Eventority’s intellectual property

Source-code access does not transfer copyright or ownership of Eventority’s underlying intellectual property. Eventority can continue developing, licensing and selling the platform to other customers.

Organization, events & agency use

Confirm the legal organization, permitted events, deployments and brands in the written agreement before payment. Third-party client deployments, agency usage, resale, redistribution and sublicensing require separate written authorization. Do not assume a standard Source license covers these uses.

Implementation & support

Eventority Source is self-managed. Documentation is included; Eventority deployment, custom branding implementation, event configuration, custom development, live-event operations and ongoing maintenance are not included.

Source + Launch includes deployment assistance, environment and database setup review, provider, domain and branding guidance, up to 4 hours of technical onboarding, one deployment walkthrough, a pre-launch checklist, one launch-readiness review, architecture Q&A and handoff guidance. Additional services are agreed separately.

Provider costs & maintenance

Hosting, database, storage, email, video streaming and payment-processing charges are separate. Source customers maintain their application, dependencies, provider accounts, security patches and backups. Eventority does not charge a subscription or per-attendee fee on Source licenses.

Confirm before payment

Review the supplied license, event and deployment scope, delivered version, update rights, documentation and handoff arrangements before accepting the agreement. A website enquiry does not grant repository access, create a license or complete a purchase.
